I want something hammered today. Look at these beauties from West Elm. Hmm, my mom is going to India soon maybe she can bring me something back that is similar? Must plant seed and make her my list. Time to tackle Monday.
Love this big round tray. I need some trays...mine are all crap. This would do me nicely. Available at West Elm.
Or maybe this rectangle one. Perfect for serving a nice cup of tea. I'll just have to get both. Available at West Elm.

I have the GINORMOUS West Elm hammered bowl, and a small try for keys...I love them...

I absolutely love hammered metal items.I have my eye on a lamp like that for quite some time but these pieces are even better.
Definitely get your mom to pick some up in India. So beautiful.

Gorgeous stuff! you can actually hammer a tray and turn it into one of these lovely pieces...I tried it once..just a little patience required :)
I recently saw hammered metal bath accessories at Wal-mart. They look just like the stuff in the pics above, for one tenth the rate I'm guessing!
