Mid week lessons..

Wednesday, March 30, 2011

Its only Wednesday and boy oh boy...have I learned some hearty lessons this week. Firstly, don't tackle on 5 million things when you have a short week  (I really should know this one by now but I can't help it I'm a big time type A). Not only did I have this wallpaper debacle this week, I also had some closet guys come in and fix up our terrible closets (which means I had to empty out 2 very full wardrobe closets into my office). Seriously, I was working in a room that looked like it came straight out of an episode from the A&E show called Hoarders. While I had Dan here from Imperial Painting, I asked him to also paint my son's room (since that was on the agenda for the near future anyway). So that meant emptying out another room into my office. So ya, I still have to put the rooms together, finish organizing my new closet and pack. Oh did I forget to mention that I'm going to Vegas tomorrow with the gals? Crazy...I know. So for now, let's look at a glamorous Las Vegas condo designed by Preston Lee Design shall we? I think so...closets can wait.
I could definitely use a soak in one of these. Gorgeous. Las Vegas home by Preston Lee Design.
I don't know what I love more, that island or those fabulous stools. Las Vegas home by Preston Lee Design.
A little too masculine for me but gotta admit that definitely looks Vegas. Las Vegas home by Preston Lee Design.

LOVE THAT ISLAND!! Totally not practical for sitting at(no overhang,) but this is one of those instances where form definitely trumps function. Great pics, all of them! Thanks for sharing.

Oooh I love it! Very bachelor pad-dy but definitely my style...Glitz and Glam all the way! That kitchen is to DIE for, loving that gorgeous granite island and I swear that ceiling tile looks just like the ones I've specked for a nightclub design! Great shots, thanks for sharing!

That kitchen island with the chandelier is amazing! I'm sure everything on your to do list will get completed in due time (I am the same way-Type A need to get everything done immediately), but for now, have fun in Vegas!!

Absolute decadence! Although the island is gorgeous, i bet it practically emptied the quarry! Enjoy your trip!
