hmmmm... I would pick both. One for the living and one for the dining. I am a water person though.
Definitely the trees. Especially since it doesn't seem like there's even glass between that living room and the outdoors.
The view! Anything with a view and I am enamored-especially when the view includes water!
Difficult to pick! But would go by dining by the lake one...seems calm and serene. Great finds!
This was definetly the toughest pick - but I'll go with the lake - too gorgeous.

Wow, what a tough choice, both are incredible. I think if I HAD to choose I would choose the #1. I love the tree outside of the living room.

Ohh this one is tough - a room with the most amazing view or the perfect living outdoors? If I were back in Africa I think I'd pick the outdoor space - I'd be there ALL the time. Here in Canada, perhaps the view so that I could enjoy it from the cozy indoors...
