A heavy heart...

I started this week with a lightness and a deep gratitude for all the love I have in my life. I didn't think for a minute that I would be forced to deal with a loss of such love so soon. My beloved Uncle B passed away yesterday. Suddenly and abruptly. He was like a father figure to me. He was one of those very few people you have in your life that offer unconditional support and kindness...always. He was extremely loving and only ever cared about family. He was a devoted father and grandfather. His loss is profound and will change our family forever. Forgive me as I step away for a few days to offer what support I can to my aunt and cousins who are feeling nothing but the deepest of despair.

Please accept my sincere sympathy on the passing of your Uncle. I would like to offer you my condolences. I can understand your frustrations and pains in your heart with this world and why we should have hope because I used to feel the same way. But keep in mind that God is always there to keep us going and He will never leave us especially in times like this.
