I also ate way too much, busted out my bhangra moves at an Indian wedding and organized some kitchen cupboards. I love long weekends. Thanks to the idea generator extraordinaire Pinterest..I decided to bust out some elementary crafting skills for K's upcoming bday celebrations. We were making lollipop spiders (with googly eyes...I still love googly eyes by the way). Then we got to orange pipe cleaners and the spiders looked kinda ugly...so in my own amazement I came up with creative idea on my own. Lollipop pumpkins...BOO YA (yes, I like to use fake gangsta language here on occasion). Rare crafty ideas from moi that actually kinda worked. This kind of brilliance can only lead to an awesome week ahead. No doubt about it.
I attached the pipe cleaner legs onto the lollipops and K managed the googly eye station.
D also helped for 10 seconds and then lost interest.
Who doesn't love googly eyes?
K abandoned her station (apparently mumbling how she was bored) and now I had loads of spiders to finish.
All done! Look that little googly eyed pumpkin patch. My husband thought I was a little too excited.

Love it!! They look like mummified pumpkins...amazing. If you have white ones you could totally make mummy heads. Pipe cleaners plus googly eyes...what could be better?
